The Customer/User acknowledges and agrees that Shopware owns all rights to the Intellectual
Property in and of the Training content. Except as expressly stated herein, Shopware does not
grant the Customer/User any rights to or in, patents, copyrights, database rights, source and
object code, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks (whether registered or unregistered), or any
other Intellectual Property rights, other rights or licences in respect of the Software and/or
the Software license(s).
